Product introduction
Scb11 epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is safe, flame-retardant, fire-resistant and pollution-free. With the feature of maintenance free and easy installation, it can be directly installed in the load center. After shutdown, it can be restart without pre-drying due to good moisture-proof performance. It performs with low loss, low partial discharge and low noise. Under forced air cooling condition, it can operate at 120% of rated load. Its perfect temperature protection control system provides reliable grantee for safe operation of this transformer. The reliability index of the product reaches the advanced level in China.
·Structural features:
1. The iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet,
2. Epoxy resin cast and sealing technique reduces no-load loss, no-load current and noise.
3. Temperature control system and air cooling system adopts top-blowing cross flow fan, which has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, beautiful look, etc.
4. The adoption of intelligent temperature controller improves the safety and reliability of the transformer.
5. Shell further protects the transformer safety. Options of the protection level are IP20, IP23, etc., and shell material has three choices: aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel.
6. The low-voltage outgoing line can be standard bus outgoing, side outgoing and top outgoing. Special customized outgoing way is available.
